John W. Zoellner, President, founded Zoellner, Garten & Company in 1988 after spending over 17 years as a Commercial Lender in the Banking industry. He has undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics and a Masters of Business Administration - Finance degree.
Mr. Zoellner has “hands-on” experience, having started, purchased and sold businesses. He currently serves as an Advisor and/or Member of the Board of Directors for several areas businesses.
Mr. Zoellner is a Lifetime Member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, a Member of the National Equipment & Business Brokers Institute, a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), a Member of the Society of Business Analysts, and a Certified Senior Business Analyst (CSBA).
William G. Galligan joined Zoellner Garten & Company as a Senior Associate in 2002. His business experience includes 14 years at Western Southern Life Insurance, 17 years as Executive Director of the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine, and 7 years as the Owner of Bick’s Driving School.
Bill acquired Bick’s in 1992, sold it in 1999, and in the process learned first hand about the business acquisition and sale process. He interacts with business sellers and buyers to facilitate the transfer of businesses.
Terry Wagner joined Zoellner, Garten & Company as a senior associate in 2009. He is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Terry’s experience includes over 25 years of business ownership. He founded several local companies that he grew and eventually sold to large corporations such as Brambles Industries and The Cintas Corporation.
Terry brings extensive knowledge and experience in sales and marketing and understands how businesses operate. He interacts with business sellers and buyers to facilitate the transfer of businesses.
Morgan W. Fox
joined Zoellner Garten & Company in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. She has had experience in the food service, retail, insurance, and training industries. She will complete the requirements for a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2009.
