John W. Zoellner, President, founded Zoellner, Garten & Company in 1988 after spending over 17 years as a Commercial Lender in the Banking industry. He has undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics and a Masters of Business Administration – Finance degree. Mr. Zoellner has “hands-on” experience, having started, purchased and sold businesses. He currently serves as an Advisor and/or Member of the Board of Directors for several areas businesses.
Terry Wagner, Senior Vice President, joined Zoellner, Garten & Company in 2009. He is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Terry’s experience includes over 25 years of business ownership. He founded several local companies that he grew and eventually sold to large corporations such as Brambles Industries and The Cintas Corporation. Terry brings extensive knowledge and experience in sales and marketing and understands how businesses operate.
Tiffany N. Razor, Administrative Assistant
William G. Galligan, Senior Associate, joined Zoellner Garten & Company in 2002 and works part-time as his schedule permits. His business experience includes 14 years at Western Southern Life Insurance, 17 years as Executive Director of the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine, and 7 years as the Owner of Bick’s Driving School. Bill acquired Bick’s in 1992, sold it in 1999, and in the process learned first hand about the business acquisition and sale process.
Nathan Bazzle, Senior Associate, joined Zoellner, Garten & Company in 2010. He has over twelve years of business advisory experience and holds a certification in the machinery and equipment appraisal and business asset valuation fields. Nathan also holds a certification as a senior business analyst in multiple states.
Personnel Resources/Associates – Zoellner, Garten & Company can draw on individuals with expertise in almost any industry and discipline. They are engaged as needed to satisfy the unique needs of our clients as those needs arise.
